Hi, so many of you have been waiting for a comprehensive abs workout video where I perform the exercises right along with you to motivate you and help you maintain proper form. Well, I’m happy to say, it’s here. This challenging abs toning exercise and workout video will give you a firm toned flat stomach. You will develop a strong stable core for overall greater fitness and defined oblique (side abs) muscles for that thin waist v-shape look. I motivate you step by step through my entire routine. I developed this routine after my first child was born to get my stomach back into shape and now I use it to maintain my flat stomach. It will keep you moving and motivated and it definitely works! I am proof of that….No special equipment is needed; just a mat to lie on to cushion your back if you have a hard floor. Most abs workout videos don’t have enough of a workout to really get your muscles working, but this one surely does! This video works and challenges your stomach muscles throughout the entire workout. After the workout, I have a terrific cool down and stretching session followed by a special diet tips segment on how to help you achieve your goal of a flat stomach. You are going to love this video and your results — I promise! Let’s do it together in the comfort of your own home:o)

Hi, about 300-400. That’s for someone who weighs between 120-160 pounds. You burn more calories the heavier you are.

Hi, yes it is. You should also consider doing some cardio exercise regularly as well because that will help to burn calories so you can lose any excess fat.

Hi, remember to practice proper form which means using your stomach muscles to lift you. Be sure you are pressing the small of your back into the floor to lift you off the floor. Support your head with your hands and you should be able to place your closed fist between your chin and chest that will ensure that you have your head in the proper position. You should be looking up at the ceiling. Situps actually do work your neck muscles, so you may need to start slow while you strengthen them.

How do I get my neck to relax during the sit-ups and crunches? I think my neck may be tense beacuse i dont have the right form, but my neck is holding my head up and that takes strenght. So I was just wondering if you had any tips for that?

Hi, this video will definitely help you achieve a flat stomach. Doing it everyday is not necessary. Every other day is actually better because your abs should rest 24 hours in between workouts. That’s how they strengthen and build.

Hi, you don’t have to do the whole 40 minutes. You can pick what you want to do and comprise your own routine. The full video is meant for a challenge for those who want to spend concentrated time on their abs. I have other ab videos as well, including a 15-minute ab workout if you are interested in spending less time on your abs.

You know to get a flat stomach do you have to do this whole sequence or can you just pick the hardest exercises and do them?

Hi, you can eat it by itself or on whole wheat bread or crackers. I love peanut butter on apple slices. Tastes like a caramel apple! Any brand is fine. Whichever you loved as a kid. My personal favorite is Simply Jif – it has less sugar and salt. I also love natural peanut butter which is fresh ground and I buy that at a local market near me. It’s just ground up peanuts, nothing else and it’s chunky and crunchy. I love it. You can buy natural peanut butters at most healthy food stores.

No, they are not junk food. Nuts are very healthy for you. I think granola bars are a very healthy snack. Peanut butter is also a great snack; it’s got a lot of protein and healthy fats and that keeps you full longer so you actually eat less calories overall.

@YouTips4U Thank you for that and how about Eat Natural bars? Are they junk food because they contain things like nuts.

Hi, I do. Sometimes fruit is not going to fill you up and satisfy your hunger for long if you have it alone. How about having your flapjacks with fruit. If they have whole grain; opt for that whenever you can. I don’t consider flapjacks junk food.
