4 Minute Home Upper Body Workout — This Workout Gets You A RIPPED Upper Body

Free workout videos: sixpackshortcuts.com?c=3&k=2 I created this because I saw a lot of videos saying that you need to work out for hours with lots of complex equipment in order to get a muscular and lean upper body. While gym equipment can HELP, it’s definitely not necessary to gain muscle and lose fat. This is a workout I routinely do while traveling — it’s under four minutes, and will allow you to gain muscle on your upper body, tone up your upper body, get six pack abs, or achieve any other fitness goal you set. This upper body workout only requires a set of 25 lb. dumbbells. There are also many workouts I do which do not even require the dumbbells though — let me know in the comments if you’d like to see those.     Age doesn’t matter man, its usually size. If you can handle it then your probably fine, for 8-10 for size, 12-15 for lean.

    Great video, I’ve got a question. A while ago I lost a lot of weight and I believe this is the reason I now have stretchy skin. I would still like to lose more weight but I’m worried my skin will become even stretchier. Its on my arms and chest mostly but mostly over my body. I’ve been lifting weights for a while now and follow good routines and i take protein supplements. What is the best type of exercise, diet etc I can be doing? And i am 17 years old.

    @sixpackshortcuts Hey man love your video but ive been doing this one for about two weeks now and i can see some improvement.Anyway at the start of this vid it say to do mon/wed/and fri but because my dumbells are pretty light i have been doing the 8 sets every day and i was wondering if this is good becasuse i read an artical the other day saying that if you exercise to much the mucle will turn in to fat??.Please reply oh and also im 14 yrs old and have a large build

    I am REALLY fond of these. I guess I’m just weak but only do 4 sets of these, and the first time it was almost more than I could take. The first time just doing half I overstrained my arms and had to take Ibuprofen. Now when I try this I can survive at least half.

    @sixpackshortcuts One more question–So sorry. I know you’re probably busy– What would be the ideal meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I have been eating a lot better, but it’s still going to be hard for me (With my schedule) to eat perfect. Also, do I HAVE to cut out all dessert/sugar out of my diet? For example, I usually eat a little bit of chocolate to satisfy sugar graves.

    Dumb laterals was the hardest part of this workout for me. Couldn’t maintain form, so i had to come down in weight. good workout and very effective though
